‍
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority depends on your place of residence.

5. Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

6. Data transfers to third countries (USA)

As we operate as a US LLC (Unendlich Frei LLC) and use various US service providers (Webflow, Google, Calendly, Stripe), personal data is transferred to the USA. Each transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the recipients' certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 or Art. 46 GDPR).

7. Data security

Our website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation. Complete protection of data transmission over the internet is technically impossible.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy as required. The current version is always available on this page. We will inform registered users by email of any material changes.

9. Website chat with an AI assistant

On our website you can chat with our digital assistant. It answers your questions using artificial intelligence based on our own content. The answers are general information and not legal or tax advice. Use is voluntary. Please do not enter sensitive data such as ID, tax or account numbers in the chat.

Data processed: your chat messages, the page on which you use the chat, and your IP address. We use the IP address only to limit the number of requests per day and to prevent misuse. So that you can continue the chat after changing pages or in a new tab, your browser stores the conversation locally on your device for up to 24 hours (local storage, not a cookie). After that it is discarded automatically. You can delete it yourself at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. We do not store the conversation permanently ourselves.

Service providers: The chat runs on Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA). The answers are generated by the AI model Claude from Anthropic, PBC (548 Market Street, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Anthropic processes the messages on our behalf, states that it does not use them to train its models and stores them only for a limited period. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Summary by email: If you enter your first name and email address in the chat, we create a short summary of your conversation with a suitable next step and send it to you by email. For this, the conversation is transmitted to Anthropic. The email is sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). The handover to Brevo takes place via the automation service Make (Celonis group), with processing on servers in the EU.

Only with your consent (checkbox in the form) do we store your first name, email address, topic and conversation summary in our contact list at Brevo. In that case, we follow up once by email after three days if you have not booked an appointment by then. To do this, we check your email address against our appointment bookings in Calendly.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your questions) for the chat, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the summary at your request, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for storage in the contact list and the reminder email.

Retention and withdrawal: We store the data in the contact list until you withdraw your consent. You can do so at any time by replying to one of our emails or by writing to info@unendlich-frei.com.
